WE ENCOURAGE EDUCATION


By educating our customers on the project at hand, we are able to let them make the important decisions regarding their homes which is much better than us choosing for them. By understanding their roofing, guttering, and siding systems, they are able to make educated decisions regarding style, function, and price on their new project. We make ourselves available at anytime to answer questions about projects we are engaged in. The customer should never be in the dark when it comes to their home and the projects surrounding it.

We set our standards high when it comes to quality of our work. We expect our roofing and gutters to hold up for a long time. Quality construction that will stand up to the harshest conditions is the goal that our team sets.

About our process.

We begin by inspecting our projects thoroughly and making sure that everything we could have possible know is included in our estimate and scope of work. It is also at this time that we check to see if the customer qualifies for help with homeowner's insurance due to weather.

Our next step is to go over ALL of our findings with the customer and begin explaining the process to repair or replace. We want to educate in this step so the homeowner can make the best decisions possible regarding their home.

We then begin our scope of work. If the need for insurance assistance is present, we will call in any claims to the homeowner's insurance carrier.

We then go over everything with the homeowner and let them choose materials, styles, and many other options that we have available. We let them know if there are any extra costs at this time so they are not surprised down the line.

The Construction Process

Once everything is finalized we set a date that works for the customer and our team and get materials dropped off at an agreed location on the property.

We begin construction by covering any plants and shrubs that may be damaged in the process. We are also careful to pick up any nails throughout. We will make sure that our trucks are only driven where it is okay for them drive.

As we begin working with carefully tear off the roof onto tarps and shoots as to not damage any Landscaping. The shingles are carefully loaded on the truck and nails are picked up throughout the process to make the cleanup easier at the end. The tear off is an important process as it reveals any damage that may need to be repaired before the roof is installed.

Next to the process of repairing any wood that is rotted and beginning are underlayment and roofing. We will go along the roof and inspect and make sure none of the decking is rotted and if it is replace it. Once the once the decking is satisfactory We Begin laying underlayment and start shingling. There is a worker on site at all times that is able to communicate with the homeowner and answer any questions they may have.

As the roof comes to a finish our communication and relationship with the customer does not. We finish everything up and clean up leaving the property cleaner than it was before we were there. We  then explain to the customer our warranty and let them know that our team will be calling periodically to check up on them.

Just as promised we add several notes to our calendar to call and check on our customers and make sure everything with their new roof is going well. We warrant are roofs for an extra long time because we know they are done right and we want to make sure our customers feel comfortable that they are protected against anything that could go wrong with their roof.
